Conference committee will provide invitation letter normally. And we prepare all other documents for applying visa. Before sending documents, the following procedures are required.

  • Sending Camera Ready manuscript and copyright form.
  • Complete registration including payment of registration fee.

Awaji Island

The Awaji Yumebutai International Conference Center is a resort and conference center surrounded by a rich natural environment. The location is easily accessible from Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe via the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge. Public Bus services from the Kansai International Airport also offer an easy access to the conference center.

The Westin Awaji Island is the landmark of Awaji Yumebutai that reminds us of a sailboat navigating the mighty ocean. All windows provide a great view of the ocean. All rooms have a great view of Osaka Bay. The hotel has ample space for guests using the facilities at the International Conference Center next door and visitors to Awaji Yumebutai. There is a special conference rate that applies to accommodations for those participating in conferences at the International Conference Center (15 people or more). There is also party facilities, restaurants, bars and recreation facilities to enjoy after conventions.
